The current receptionists at this location have absolutely no hospitality when answering the phones, they degrade their providers, they also talk terribly about other patients using names etc while myself and others are in the waiting room and could hear them, also mind you is a total hippa violation just overall a crappy place to go.
Terrible office. They do not work with patients and families. They have an inept staff. I wouldn't recommend these folks and I know living in the area there is literally very little to no options. Avoid if you can. They will just send you to Strong Memorial anyhow when its time to deliver.
Wouldn’t suggest coming here. You spend 45 minutes waiting in the lobby for people to come in after you and be seen first. This is a constant thing. Make sure you don’t have any other appointments or anything going on afterwards because you will in fact be late. Unprofessional and frustrating quite frankly.
So disappointed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so angry when I left this place. I had my first ultrasound here, and of course was very excited. My whole appointment start to finish was 10 minutes long. The ultrasound tech didn’t talk to me, show me the screen, or anything. It was incredibly rushed, and I didn’t even get to see my baby. I don’t ever want to get an ultrasound here again. Worst experience ever.
The best OB I’ve ever been to.
