Wouldn’t suggest coming here. You spend 45 minutes waiting in the lobby for people to come in after you and be seen first. This is a constant thing. Make sure you don’t have any other appointments or anything going on afterwards because you will in fact be late. Unprofessional and frustrating quite frankly.
So disappointed. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was so angry when I left this place. I had my first ultrasound here, and of course was very excited. My whole appointment start to finish was 10 minutes long. The ultrasound tech didn’t talk to me, show me the screen, or anything. It was incredibly rushed, and I didn’t even get to see my baby. I don’t ever want to get an ultrasound here again. Worst experience ever.
The best OB I’ve ever been to.
Details of experience: I’m scheduled for a C-section in 6 days and was told I’m high risk and need appointments weekly and have not been seen in 3 friggen weeks because they keep canceling my appointments every single week. None of my questions or concerns are being addressed before my procedure. I have no idea what the frick I’m walking into. Disgusting the lack of care they have for their patients. They overload their schedules and don’t have enough people to cover their patients.
Appointments cancelled frequently, absolutely no personalized care.
