This Place went down hill in the last couple years and has a huge turn around with therapists and med prescribers. When you try to complain, they gas light you and defend their employees talking to you inappropriately. I do not recommend anyone go here.
high turnover rate... nurse practioners are judgemental... they lose or fire all the good staff... they don't train staff well..
For the first few years since 2017, it was good, but after they switched both my providers, it went downhill so incredibly fast for myself. I got discharged for 2 missed appointments. When I legally need a medication provider due to one of my medications. So if anyone wants to go to this place. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. Just have your regular doctor prescribe medication. The prescriber never answers the phone or is ever available to speak to me and the therapist is the same way. I leave a message and no one ever contacts me back. I tried calling to and constantly sent to voicemail. I was taken off my sleeping med med and now not sleeping. The prescriber doesn’t listen to me when I said one med I was on with the sleep med the one med doesn’t do anything for sleep alone and they just leave me on the med that does nothing for me to sleep.
