My son fractured his foot got X-rays done by the Dr call these guys to get him in and they tried to tell me I had to wait a month in a half to get him in for an appointment then called me back an hour and a half later and said they could squeeze him in, in a week in a half. Meanwhile Rochester orthopedic got him in with in a hour. Never in my life would I make my child wait like that for a broke bone there nuts.
They did a really good job on my wife's hip replacement surgery. However, getting them to do the paperwork required for medicaid recipients to get the necessary medical equipment that is needed to help in the recovery is like pulling teeth or hurdng cats. They're horrible at that. I don't think I would ever let my wife go through a company. That was so unprofessional when it comes to doing the paperwork required
My teenage daughter needed care for a sports related knee injury. Dr. O'Keefe and all of the staff were excellent! She had a follow up with appointment with Robert Feinman, PA who was very helpful in her recovery process. I highly recommend!
Horrible. They lost my MRI and doctor just milked workers comp. Don't use orthopedics
