I’ve unfortunately had to bring my mom down to the ER a few times in the past couple of months. I know there’s plenty of negative reviews but I’ve got to say that the PA Paula and nurse Erin took exceptional care of her. Paula went above and beyond ordering tests and Erin did a wonderful job of keeping my mom comfortable. Hopefully Noyes realizes they’ve got some great people working there.

Genuinely the worst care I have received, got into a car crash, waited 6 hours outside, two hours in bed without seeing anyone, only to see a doctor that tried to treat me and record an instruction video at the sane time rushing the process, let me go after 10 minutes and immediately had to ho back in because her rushed stitches fell out.

I had my blood draw today by Isabella, and she’s absolutely amazing! I have very difficult veins and it’s always a nightmare when I go for lab work. Isabella got my vein on the first try and it was without pain for the first time in my life. She deserves a bonus for being so knowledgeable, empathetic and so kind. Noyes Hospital needs to recognize their stand out employees and acknowledge such a wonderful phlebotomist!!

Dr. RASHEED WORST DOCTOR. if this is your doctor RUN. I am currently going through terrible issues from a change she made on my meds. She is emotionally unhinged..
