Nikki is easily one of the rudest people I have encountered. I have reached out multiple times for solutions to my problem and am immediately met with an abrasiveness. Not once but 3 separate occasions has without me even suggesting or prompting said "the doctors not going to give you narcotics" when all I did was tell about the pain that I still have to this day after over 9 months of care. Dogs get better treatment.
Dr. Soler is very knowledgeable, and listens. I am thankful to be his patient.
after he told me that he could help my pain he put me on suboxane (NOT FOR PAIN RELIEF!!!) and was pissed he that I told him so. He's a liar. I Finally said "what are U doing? I'm in worst pain, EVER!
