Won’t return phone calls, won’t agree to see you again if you ask for a second opinion. Worst receptionist I have ever seen in a medical office. Rude, inconsiderate and the receptionist work outside of their scope all the time signing papers and doing other RN or NP work. Don’t go here.... request a referral to Guthrie or so Rochester itself.
One particular doctor here makes me give 4 stars.. Is because his "colleague" ignored my father's cries for help when it came to his cervical stenosis and just said "ok" after every sentence like he had somewhere to go.
