My mother has been on the neurology unit at Strong for about 7 months now, with about 2 months in between in another unit, and has come to know an impressive number of neurologists throughout their rotations. Dr. Marshall was hands down the most respectful, pleasant, caring, and attentive. He had such a calming presence under stressful circumstances for her. With him on rotation she never got nervous about the team coming in each morning and actually looked forward to it!

The office staff were very good. Dr Marshall was not. He lacked patience, professionalism, and yelled at me because I have a long medical history. He worked himself up and blamed me for making his job harder. It was nothing I did. When it came to the actual spiral test he yelled at me for not being cooperative because I couldn't get the pen to the dot because of my level 4 hand tremor and his yelling didn't help. It was the worst appt I have ever had.

Love this place and couldn't ask for a better dr
