“Medicine of the highest incompetency”. You wait months for an appointment only to have the office call and cancel it on you. TWICE. No reason, no offer of another provider, no offer of a telemedicine appointment, all despite suffering with symptoms. Just coldly told you have to take the first available…..months out again. URMC should be embarrassed to be affiliated with this place. Good riddance.
Finding this group was like hitting a gold mine. The Doctor, NP and staff are top notch. They have answers to so many issues we face for this stage of life.
