Great staff, Nice office. Easy check in and out process. Calling into the office is usually pretty easy. Reaching the office through MyChart seems to be difficult at times but that is the only complaint I have so far.
Had allergy testing scheduled for at least 8 months and an hour before the appt, i get a message that they need to reschedule it. I stopped all allergy meds 5 days before this testing which was horrendous to bear to simply be rescheduled an hour before it for a week later. How unprofessional and uncaring can this place be?
Changed clinics when Dr Dudek retired and returned after trying another pulmonologist. Always satisfied with the competent care I receive.
