The front end staff was professional and fairly accommodating. The woman who seemed to be managing everything was also professional. Those are the only positive things I can share from my experience.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a facility located in Strong. I came in for my glucose test - I was advised by my OB office which by the way is associated with U of R with PRINT OUT instructions, that I could drink the drink at home or anywhere and check in with a lab 20-30 minutes before blood work and just advise them of the time I finished the drink. The girl at check in 1 was blatantly rude and said “tell your OB office they’re wrong and you’re supposed to drink it in front of us” after getting her... read more

all the staff sat in the front arguing who was going to draw my child’s blood because no one wanted to do it and were laughing how they’re not confident enough to do it. left immediately and will not return

Had to have lab work done and I must say the whole experience was very pleasing. The staff was awesome and the procedure was quick. I worked with Christianna, who made the whole experience very comfortable from sign in to drawing. I would definitely be coming here for future lab work!
