Fastest lab ever! In and out every-time! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Todd is especially awesome, he engages you in conversation and has you out the door before you’ve even noticed the needle. Highly recommend this location and Todd! Thanks guys!

Went to the UR lab in Penfield off of Route 441 near Route 250. Arrived at 7:40 a.m. on a Friday (ten minutes after its opening) for routine blood test in advance of a physical. I found the waiting room full, and people sitting in the hallway. The woman staffing the desk informed me that the wait would be 45 minutes. I left and went to the this lab at Ayrault Road and Route 250. Got there at 7:56, was seen and tested and out the door by 8:16 a.m. This one has a large waiting room, the staff is friendly, and efficient.
