Sign in procedure is vague at best and infuriating for all. The only thing that matters is the QR code sign in. Next time I’m waiting at home and at 7:00:0001 am I am signing in with the QR code and getting to the head of the line. Arriving early doesn’t matter. Line at the door doesn’t matter. Don’t have a phone that does QR codes, expect to be 30 deep in line by the time you check in on the kiosk.
This is our very favorite lab. My Daughter is little (5) and has chemo ravaged veins and needs bloodwork drawn from her hand somewhat frequently and this is the best lab around Rochester. They don’t dig around in her hand to get the sample, they are very friendly and get us in and out quick. We used to wait forever at the hospital after some tough experiences with other outpatient labs and still had to endure digging for a vein sometimes, the phlebotomists here are better and it’s a quick trip. Fastest lab ever! In and out every-time! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Todd is especially awesome, he engages you in conversation and has you out the door before you’ve even noticed the needle. Highly recommend this location and Todd! Thanks guys!
