Ms. Martha is awesome!!!! Now I have been sick since early ages in life. And baby, when I tell you, this woman of God know how to get the job done where you won’t even know you’re being stuck with the needle. She is so graceful and polite. She does her job with ease. Thank you, Miss Martha

Rude assistant,very impatient and VERY BAD BED SIDE MANNER When people come here they want to feel SAFE and Know that they have privacy. VERY INCONVENIENT AND INCONSIDERATE!!! Giving URMC BAD NAME

My experience has always been a pleasant one. I appreciate not having to have my blood drawn multiple times in one setting. The aura is always welcoming and calming. The phlebotomist may work alone but she is very attentive and professional.

Arrived at Lake ave location 330 The lady at the desk took my ID information and was on the her cell phone 2x very inconsiderate I waited 45 min for her to tell me my labs aren’t there! Why not tell me that when you took my ID information 45 minutes ago?

Es un buen lugar cerca para hacer laboratorios, la persona es muy atenta. El único problema, es que trabaja sola, todo lo hace ella. Secretaria y técnica del laboratorio. Creo que necesita ayuda, de una persona al frente.
