I have to rave about Christina! She just provided me the best blood draw experience I've ever had! She was kind, professional, and comforting. I barely felt the needle go into the back of my hand. I have a needle phobia so this is major for me. Somebody give her a raise or a bonus or something.

I went to this lab today with my almost 2 year old i told the receptionist I wanted to have someone who has experience cause I dont want my baby poked a lot. So, I waited and the lady calls me back she was a nice lady.. but as she poked my daughter I asked her some questions and she said she only has had 7 months of experience...... like girl! she didnt get her vein i asked her how many times they can poke someone she said two times then we need to call someone else. Google says closed for lunch from noon to 1pm daily. I arrive at 11:42 and it is closed for lunch. The sign on the door says closed for lunch from 11 to noon daily. Information online should be accurate.

My samples were taken at the Farmington lab. The people at Farmington said that they send samples to Henrietta. My specialist had to order the labs twice because there were markers of concern that the lab did not follow through to determine what kind of medicine I needed…as my condition over about a week got progressively worse I went directly to Henrietta to avoid any delay times.
