I have been going there almost weekly for about 4 years. The staff there is always smiling and engaging. During all this time, I had one bad phlebotomist. That it. I sit and watch people walk in miserable, and toss that attitude right at the ladies behind the desk. Maybe if the general public was a little nicer.... just saying.. my draws are very difficult as well, as I have thick skin and my veins roll. Love the ladies there. Tell them they do a good job.. Filthy dirty, the check in tablet was filthy, doesn’t take much to wipe it down, I didn’t want to touch it, blood draw was good, but when I went to restroom to get urine sample I was disgusted at how filthy dirty it was, the floor was littered with paper towels, and toilet paper. The garbage can was overflowing, and the toilet was dirty. They need to step up with their cleanliness. Community health nurses should not be asked to wait in line for a nurse drop off. It is not in the best interest of the patients in our community. I have not experienced this anywhere else in my 14 years and I’ve been to several labs.
