The phlebotomist in the lab that has drawn my blood the two times I have gone here was amazing. She was quick, efficient and painless. When it comes to labs that is all I ask for. Nothing I hate more than endless poking. So thank you.
Fast and Friendly
The blood lab at 777 S. Clinton is my go-to UR Medicine lab because it is convenient (location, hours), connected to my Primary Care providers and has staff/technicians who are pleasant, efficient, and prompt in carrying out the service.
Showed up a little before they opened at 8. The technician was very pleasant and did a great job. I was out the door by 8:10 and on my way. No issues at all. Great spot!
Rude receptionists and long wait times AND I told the phlebotomist about a vein that collapses when she was checking out my arm and she tried to draw from it anyway. I redirected her but she had a massive attitude about it. Unfortunate how some people have zero humility and treat patients as objects.
