It's always something with this lab. I do not know why I do this to myself. A few months ago, they lost my blood, and instead sent in for a urine test that I hadn't done yet, to be processed. When I spoke with them on the phone and accused them of losing my blood, they declared that they did not lose it , they just couldn't find it..... Last week I went in for a urine test and specifically asked them if it was supposed to be for a clean catch. They looked at the paperwork and told me no. Everybody here so wonderful and polite
Most disgusting lab clinic I’ve been to. Trash everywhere workers blasting music, loud, cursing up a storm. Multiple urine collections in the window just waiting to be tended to. Place needs help and supervision asap.
