This was my third visit for lab blood work, and after consistently having such a positive experience, I couldn't be lazy about writing a review. The staff members are absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and efficient. I have never experienced a long waiting time, which is something I truly appreciate. The technicians who draw blood are well-trained and make the process quick and comfortable. Every visit has been smooth and pleasant. Thank you team for providing excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

Superb staff
Still waiting after an hour.
Waiting in line outside since 7:30, opens at 8:00am. You can not scan QR code until 8:00. We scanned at 8:02 and were 8th in line. It is 8:14 before a person has been called back to start bloodwork. 8:18 second person called back. It is every man for themselves scanning in the parking lot and door and jumping the line. This is not the best system that U of R could do.
