I don't know why there's so many negative reviews. You check in from the QR code or the iPad in the building. There was about 10 people in the waiting room and we all got called in a reasonable time. Staff were friendly- no issues! Just check in promptly and you should have no issues.
Waited 50 minutes, never was called, had to wait for appointment people.. didn't know about appointments.
Every time I go, is a waiting time but not terrible, keep warm, God Bless.
I booked an appointment for 2:30, at 2:50 we were still sitting in the chair with no blood test. After that we left and got an F-. The chair I was sitting in has a higher budget than the entire American health-care system.
