Slowest lab ever. Dirty . Employees work very slow more talking and cell phones than anything
I made an appointment for 10am for bloodwork. This office does appointments or walk-ins. there’s at least 20 people in the waiting room and there’s a few folks standing because there are so chairs left. sometimes the health care here looks like a third world country. do better. clearly they need to switch to an all-appointment basis or offer more lab sites in this area. you basically have two choices for health care in rochester and this is completely abusive and unfair to patients.
I can not agree with the negative comments here. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always pleasant professional and I average a wait time of 15 to 30 minutes. You the staff please keep up the good work you do.
Wait time was more than 2hrs. After paying high insurance cost, had to wait 2hrs to get blood drawn?
I was there about six months ago on a Saturday. Wait time was expected, staff was friendly and efficient. I was impressed.
