Horrible wait
The place smells like urine. The wait is forever. The waiting room is refrigerated. Yes - the staff knows it's too cold but, "We can't do anything about it."
Do not use the check-in QR codes on the signs outside. It looks like they add your name to the check-in list, but according to the staff it doesn't necessarily add your name to their list. I waited almost an hour, was told by the automated system to come in, only to find I hadn’t been checked in at all. What's worse, the staff knew this is a technical problem but left the signs up outside with no indication this could happen. Friendly folks, and they move through the waiting room pretty quick, and much better at needle work than most hospitals I've been to
