Today my 7yo daughter with an anxiety diagnosis got her blood drawn here on a Friday 10 minutes before closing. This is her review: “I had the best phlebotomists. They were super kind and took care of me. I had three people helping me. They held my hand and didn’t get upset with me when I upset and nervous. Thank you!”
Only 4 people who work here including check in. Expect at least an hour and limited seating.
My daughter and I checked in as we walked into the building. There was an iPad right as you walked in. Unfortunately that iPad was not working so we were never checked in.We waited approximately 30 minutes before I went up to the counter and asked if I was checked in. Apparently we were not and we were placed on the list and ended up being 13 and line. No one mentioned anything when we walked in and there was no sign that said the ipad was out of order.
