Unfortunately won’t be coming back to this lab, despite it being the location most convenient for me. My OB’s orders for my Glucola test were to drink my glucose drink at home and arrive to the lab 20-30 minutes before I needed my blood drawn. I arrived 40 minutes early and went to check in with the front desk staff. Per my doctor’s directions, I told them what time I had finished my glucose drink at home. This location was dirty, the staff were slow and unprofessional. Over an hour wait for basic blood draw. The University of Rochester needs to do better!

Had a great experience here today. Check in was efficient. Time between check-in and bloodwork was quick, despite the large number of patients waiting. The entire staff, especially Latoya, was friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 3.30.26: I'm here again and service was quick, friendly and professional AGAIN! A shout out to DaShawn for his exceptional people skills and customer service. I always have a positive experience here!
They need to start cleaning after patients… I’ve been here multiple times and almost every other time I get placed in a chair that has fresh blood droplets on the arm rest where I’m expected to sit. Do better please.
