This is the 2nd time they have ADDED blood work that was NOT requested by a specific doctor and which resulted in bogus numbers. They included a lipid profile order on which there was no fasting preparation and not requested at that time, with another doctor's orders for blood work components not related to a lipid panel, thus requiring yet another order from the lipid panel doctor to start all over again with a fast, appointment, and CORRECT lab results for that SPECIFIC test. Don't they READ THE DIRECTIONS???
Needs a remodel, definitely older than some of the other places, but for closeness thos is the one I go to, yes sometimes the wait is long, just depends on what time you go, no complaints so far about phlebotomists, first try everytime so far and a couple seemed to be even in training.
