Wait times are extremely inaccurate. Not sure who controls that aspect but chose this lab because the wait time said 9 minutes. All I had to do was drop off a sample and I was there 21 minutes before I was called. This is not the first time this has happene. Never have this issue with RRH labs. If it is just a drop off, when you sign in you just choose drop off and you are called immediately. Really should update their system
Very slow services. I had to come back twice because they messed us the original bloodwork sample. The second time was even slower.
The staff is great, always has been. My review is about the facility, terrible! The whole place is filthy.The carpet is black. The handicap button to exit doesn't work. The chair for your draw, the arm was broken! Seriously with medical costs, clean and repair. Not hard. I felt dirty when I left.
Organized quick and friendly
Horrible experience. The front desk has no idea what they are doing nor do they give a shit. The whole process of checking in was a disaster. We ended up waiting a very long time before we were even seen for a simple blood test. We will never go to this location again. Very disappointing because all other U of R labs I have been too have been attentive, kind and quick.
