I am terrible with blood draws. I faint. Upon my arrival, I told the woman at the desk my issue and just minutes later she called my name. She took me back as I rambled about how nervous blood draws made me. She was very understanding and talked to me while drawing my blood keeping me distracted the whole time. In addition, she was so quick and painless! I’ve been here before for labs and everyone has always been so nice and I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes at the most. I highly recommend this location.
Slow and understaffed
Just went here for the first time the other day and I was so nervous about bringing my son with me and they were so amazing with him and went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend this lab over any others!
I arrived and was unable to use the scan to sign in option on my smartphone, for some reason the feature didn't bring up the required website. I was able to sign in and be seen all within 15 minutes. This allowed me to be able to avoid waiting for the hour of closure for lunch. I was glad I didn't have to come back after 1 or on another day en en though I cut it close to their lunch hour.
