Just went here for the first time the other day and I was so nervous about bringing my son with me and they were so amazing with him and went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend this lab over any others!
I arrived and was unable to use the scan to sign in option on my smartphone, for some reason the feature didn't bring up the required website. I was able to sign in and be seen all within 15 minutes. This allowed me to be able to avoid waiting for the hour of closure for lunch. I was glad I didn't have to come back after 1 or on another day en en though I cut it close to their lunch hour.
Everyone was super polite, efficient, and accommodating. Great experience!
Not a positive experience. Cons- crowded, waited 25 minutes to be seen, receptionist never asked if I fasted for my blood work, dialog between receptionist & phlebotomist was loud & unprofessional, and the kicker- i have to have more blood drawn because my test was time sensitive & arrived too late. Pros: near my house, phlebotomist was nice & did a nice job. However, I will drive much farther away to another lab. This place is horrible.
