I visited to support a friend who was getting blood drawn. They were very nervous and have some health complications that make drawing blood risky. They let two of us in to support our friend, and what I witnessed was what might be one of the most admirable examples of medical professionalism I’ve ever seen. One practitioner was drawing the blood while another stood by and kept talking to my friend the whole time to keep them calm. It was quick, respectful, accommodating, and an experience I will not soon forget.

Toddler Experience— 2 year old son needed an actual vein blood draw. This was extremely nerve wrecking because he is tiny and honestly, I’ve seen some technicians try multiple times to get the right angle…NOT TODAY! Alana and Jayesha were fantastic. I’ve never had an appt. go as smoothly as it did, especially with a toddler. These ladies were professional, efficient, and patient with my son.
