Fast and wonderful! The two phlebotomists who are always there are terrific! They’ve always gotten me and my children on the first “stick.” Despite having a UR lab closer to our home, we always choose this lab.
Web site says all doctor requests possible which is true IF YOU HAVE WRITTEN HARD COPY of order if from Rochester Regional . I didn't, so there is 40 minutes of my life wasted. Oh and no appology, I just should've known. Fix ur website and BE CLEAR!
When the doctor's office was making things difficult to getting the script faxed, Jessica stepped in and helped me, without making me feel ashamed of my functional neurological disorder. From the time I opened the door til the time she drew my blood tests I was treated with so much care. Don't waste your time going anywhere else for labs, because you won't find a place that puts patients first. Beyond thankful for Jessica, thank you again!!
