We just went in to get blood drawn for my toddler who has never gotten blood work and they did an amazing and quick job! Both of the women were so encouraging towards her which helped make the experience so much better for her and us as parents!
This morning I needed blood work for Dr. Appt. Had difficulty going because of vertigo. Also I have very difficult veins. Waited short time. The employee Arron (sp?) helped me walk to the area for my blood work no pain quick and easy. He didn't have to but walked me back thru the lobby and safely to the railing. So highly skilled and considerate.
I tend to hesitate going to this lab because of neg experiences. However there are all new people and everyone was extremely nice, very professional, and we had excellence service. A hugh change from what we have experienced in the past. Thank you.
Long wait. Lack of privacy on patient data. No signage outside.
It was a breath of fresh air. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. A pleasure!
