My wife just stopped by for a blood draw. Tech very young, poked both arms and failed and caused a lot of pain. Never did succeed and had to leave.

Extremely slow
Bad experience at 7AM on a Monday. The staff were very rude. It is preferred that patients check in via QR code, but my phone doesn't like QR codes for whatever reason, so I was unable to do this. I explained this, and asked if we could do it the old fashioned way. They said verbatim "No, you can't do it the old fashioned way". I was kind of dumbfounded at this statement. I had a very polite, patient, and friendly worker who was the secretary and the blood work person. She was very nice and easy to converse with as she took the blood samples. Just remember to take your cell phone, for the new, quick way to scan your information.
