I've been here a couple times now - once for an MRI and once for a barium swallow. Both times the staff were very nice, very professional. The techs for the MRI kept me informed on how long each new phase was going to take, and often asked if I was comfortable, and "Doing ok?" I've never been claustrophic so not bothered at all with the whole process. The people at FF Thompson Imaging department are some of the kindest most efficient and professional people I have ever met. They are absolutely fantastic every single time I'm there. I have not had the same experience anywhere else in the hospital. Special people there for sure!
Have used Thompson for several years. Always got in quickly and notified of results quickly. However this time, Feb 1st, 2024, I got in quickly but results have still not been posted five days later. I hope I don't have pneumonia, as that what I was sent to have cxr for.
I had an(other) MRI today. Jenny was the sweetest human being I've encountered in a while. Her presence was all it took to calm my nerves. Top notch care back there in the MRI department. Thankful for ALL OF YOU. Until next time...
The entire staff from the moment I stepped through the door were wonderful. Great care, had a few laughs, and they took care of me. I obviously don't WANT to go back, but if I needed to, I certainly would.
