I’m very happy with the service and care since 1989. Dr. Coral Surgeon is the best doctor. Even though everyone there is good. Always very helpful and supportive.
Rude. Impossible to get an appointment and they try to make their staffing concerns your problem.
It’s genuinely impossible to schedule any sort of appointments, especially annual. They claim the books aren’t open yet, but proceed to accept new patients but can’t seem to help their patients that have been coming here. When you call to schedule an appointment they transfer you to the nurse line and then you have to leave a message and hope that you get a call back..which usually they don’t call back. Been a patient for just under 40 years. It has become impossible to schedule a yearly check up. Called 3 times this year and was told to call next month because the "book are not open yet" Called a few weeks ago and they had a new procedure where they put your name on a list and would call in order "when the books open". When I asked what the timing would be the women was rude. I called back and got someone a bit nicer and she said hopefully by the end of 2025 to schedule an appointment for the 2026.
