Found results in one of my tests when I was a child years ago and ignored them causing my diagnosis to be delayed another five years. Scheduled an endoscopy and a gastric emptying test, but never scheduled a CT scan.
I have been with Dr Saubermann for many many years. He is a very sweet and caring Dr. and I trust in his knowledge of GI diseases and how to treat them.
I waited 6 months to see him. He didn't want to listen to my symptoms or concerns. Wouldn't listen to anything about my family medical history. Didn't want to go over a list of medications that were already tried and didn't do anything then tried to prescribe something on the list I was trying to tell him about. If you try to reach out to him via my chart don't expect him to ever answer back. The residents who work under him aren't any better than he is either. The man is a discredit to his profession. Literally over charged us for a telehealth call that was 15mins tops. Avoid. He is $$ hungry and seems to lie on the time be was on the phone. We have been dealing with this bill since Feb 2022.
