On 10/26/23 I had the greatest 3 gals working with me in a scarey situation. Before each aspect of the procedure, they let me know exactly what would be happening. That helped me immensely. Every couple minutes I was asked if I was doing okay. They cared. I felt that caring. Thank-you to my amazing team.
Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. The first time I went last year the woman who I was in with was quite mean, definitely in the wrong profession. I have heard she has multiple complaints against her. They made me fearful that my insurance would not cover services needed to have a closer look at the dense breast tissue so I went without. This year the staff was nice but I was called after and told that I definitely needed to have a diagnostic mammogram but they had zero openings for six weeks after the first mam... read more
I love the staff here since in my circumstance I have to go every 6 months they always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of in one of the darkest times in my life. However, there is one doctor who I don’t know her name that had horrible bedside manner that completely traumatized me into thinking I had a more serious illness that was way out of proportion. Ever since then I have anxiety about my health since this lady pretty much laughed at me when I was crying after the results of my ultrasound.
