18 minutes on hold. Ridiculous! Called last week to verify they had received my referral from my doctor. Told it could take three to five days to confirm a fax was even received. So of course I had to wait several days just to call to confirm they received the fax. So if they didn't receive the fax I have to start all over but 18 minutes on hold and then click!!!!
