Their services is absolute crap, they made us wait 1 hr in rain because they forgot to give us us the code to key collection and then again when we went to drop the car off, they put wrong uber location for our pick up and again made us wait. We got late for our flight!!
Absolutely terrible experience. Almost ruined our trip. I would never trust this company again. Total cowboys. We booked a rental car with them through Turo for 11 days. Our plan was to travel and camp around Tasmania, so a car was essential as we only had tents and no accommodation booked. When we arrived at Hobart airport, no sign of the company. Very good host and car
Quite the experience and not in a good way. From start to finish, this was an anxiety-ridden ordeal. Pickup wasn’t available at the airport. Instead, the depot was a bit of a drive away. Supposedly, there was meant to be a shuttle bus. There wasn’t. An Uber was arranged, but it arrived with too few seats for my family. I had to leave people waiting at the airport while I went to collect the vehicle.
