AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Genuinely the worst car rental experience I’ve had. Booked a “Premium Elite SUV” through Discover Cars and was handed a battered, heavily damaged Audi that looked closer to an ex-fleet beater than anything “premium”. Here is my honest review. In conclusion, while they certainly have some issues, I feel their current rating (1.9) is lower compared to their reality. Smooth Pickup Process: There were no issues with the rental procedure. You need to travel a bit from the airport, but they cash back the Uber fare later. Unbeatable Pricing: It is incredibly cheap. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The entire process was disorganized and frustrating: • Vehicle Swap: I booked a Toyota but was forced into an MG. It was not what I expected and much harder to drive. • Zero Communication: Their phone lines are a ghost town. I tried contacting them multiple times, but they were never reachable. • Time Management Issues: They pressured me to return the vehicle before the agreed time, yet had the audacity to claim I was late. The location of the pick up site was a muddy industry area with the container office but it was a positive rental experience. I would rent from them again. We rented a 6-7 seater car for 6 adults in mid March for 5 days. We were given other car rather then the one we booked online but it did say on the website if we would given the similar car to the one we rent. We were given the car better than we booked for. Do not use this hire car company! It’s been over 30 days and they still haven’t returned my $1000 deposit. I’ve contacted them several times and they can’t give me an explanation as to why. It’s a sham company. Still trying to get my money back. Be warned
