I originally purchased some of UR Bath and Body products from Macy’s and could not find their products when I returned to buy more. So, I ordered some items for gifting and for myself from the UR Bath and Body online store. When i called to check the shipping status, I was told: “Your order is on my desk and we are not Amazon over here!” Fast forward, the order never came and in spite of attempts to contact UR Bath and Body, I was not successful. Disculpas por el idioma, mi opinión: fui empleada de esa compañía ,era la que hacía la mezcla de los productos según fórmula para la elaboración de los jabones,me sentía bien y cumplí con la tarea eficiente ,pena que la dueña de la compañía no tiene conocimientos de lo que es una pequeña empresa ni como hacer mejor para que funcione con el éxito que debe,contrata personal y lo expulsa sin justificar,el saber es poder, el jabón muy bueno lo recomiendo.
