As a graduating UQ student, I felt that the school counseling service is very unprofessional, perfunctory and arrogant. In their crisis counseling line, they asked me if I wanted to suicide at the beginning and acted condescendingly throughout the whole process, which made me more stressed when I was going through the toughest time few months ago.
