It is never good when you have to take your beloved pet to the Emergency Vets. But the staff here are the best. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They were compassionate and empathic, which certainly made the visit less traumatic despite the nature of the visit. Thank you to the Team for looking after myself and my beautiful girl.

I use to go to UQ vets for small animals when they were in Brisbane and highly recommend them. Since they have moved to Gatton it is too far away, unless there was a specialist my animals needed to visit there. Why did I visit there recently? I volunteered to courier blood product from Brisbane to UQ vets in Gatton for a sheep called Maggie who was having an operation for a dislocated hip.

Never an easy thing to lose a dog after almost 11 years. Was recommended this place by my local Toowoomba vet. The process was good, office staff were pretty decent and the student vets were caring and thorough. I had the service of an experienced vet named Caitlan. Her devotion, empathy, caring and humanity was 100% first class. It's so refreshing to get a vet with an attitude of service and spend the time to give us a full prognosis.
