The clinic is busy and sees a large number of students so I can understand the wait times and not always being able to book an appointment. However, the ease of finding a clinic that will bulk bill (which is hard these days) and familiar with overseas health insurance was nice. I am a regular patient at this GP clinic and have generally had positive experiences with the doctors and most staff. However, I have repeatedly observed that two Asian female reception staff behave in a rude and unprofessional manner. They are often cold and impatient toward patients, particularly students of similar Asian backgrounds who communicate in the same language.
