The experience I've had with the team here has been outstanding! Lucia on reception remembers faces and names and is wonderful. I've had a great experience at the clinic over several visits. I think some people forget this is a training clinic for UQ not a general practice. Your team is fantastic.
I've been here a few times and the quality just isn't there. I've noticed they've taken the sign down now, but they used to have a sign up for $30 check ups. As an unsuspecting 20 something year old (y'know, most of their customer base) you think that's just for a standard check and clean you used to get as a kid. Nope! They asked if I wanted a clean while all the instruments were still in my mouth (no mention of extra cost). And I said yes (duh, that's why I was there). Great service and friendly staff.
Dot not why too many bad reviews, my experience was perfect. I took a cleaning and check up for 130. And its much cheaper than other clinics. No insurance cover this btw
