I would suggest the marketing person at this clinic to not ask for reviews from customers that have been kept waiting for 45min. with no apologies from staff or doctors, as if it should be expected. This is all to common and becoming intolerable. As good as the doctors are, it forces people to look elsewhere. The doctors are all lovely but I’ve had the worst experience with their admin team. I moved away from Upwey and filled out forms to have my medical records transferred across to my new clinic. I also had to pay $60 for them to do that. Well it’s nearly 2 months later and they still haven’t transferred my files across. Nor have they returned calls from my new clinic or myself chasing it up. My new clinic has sent them the forms three times and I’ve been calling every week (sometimes a couple times a week) to check on it. They... read more

My dad goes to this clinic and is constantly mislead, dissapointed and over charged. Reception are very rude and unhelpful. He was recently told to book a longer appointment so he did. It maybe went for 20 minutes and he was charged over $200. For this appointment they "forgot" to put through his rebate. He had to call to get this rebate and when he did they did not understand what he was after.
