Wait over an hour after my time appointment to see my doctor
I saw Dr Zach today after a referral from friends. I should have booked a double appointment being a new patient, but he was very gracious. He is an amazing Dr. I felt heard and respected. The wait times were ok, 15 minutes, the costs maybe higher than some places, roughly $85 out of pocket after Medicare for 15 minutes, but I want his services and am paying for his skills. It's a pleasant clinic and I found the reception folk very warm, efficient and polite.
I highly recommend this clinic. I was impressed by their excellent communication and the care I received from Dr. Zac today.
