My Doctor Sharon is the best! She looks after all my needs.
My review is specifically about reception. The service I received was exceptional. I was on a cancellation list and they offered me 2 dates which unfortunately I couldn’t take. They rang me again a couple of days later offering me another date which I accepted. After my appointment, at the pharmacy there was an issue with the script. I called reception to see what they could do to help me to rectify the issue. They liaised with my Doctor, the pharmacy and myself keeping me updated with the situation. Dr Zac is very knowledgeable and holistic. We highly recommend him. Everyone at upwey clinic are friendly and helpful. It was really nice to see religious elements at the clinic.
Dr Sharon Lim is the most focused and switched on doctor I've ever seen, She's a very nice person, incredibly professional and has had my best interests at heart for the last 14 years , I highly recommend her. Thank you Sharon for all you have done regards Joe Robson
