I had such a unique and genuinely healing experience with Christina. Her approach to massage goes far beyond the physical. it felt intentional, calming, and deeply restorative. I booked last minute, and Christina was accomodating. She incorporated a few modalities, it was a wonderful mix of massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, and energy work that left me feeling so much better. Even just flipping over on the table, I could feel how much my tight upper back had been impacting my breathing because I coughed from the sudden ability to breath better after the tension was alleviated. (This is a good thing, to be clear, lol.) Highly recommended. :)
