Excellent service and very nice and respectful staff
I absolutely love Upper Smiles. The whole place is friendly, and the dentist and the assistant are so kind every time. My only thing is when they tell you to come early, you finish your paperwork, and then you still have to sit and wait — I’m not a fan of that. I like to get right in. But besides that, I have zero complaints, and my grandson loves everyone there too.
I was there early in the morning but still had to wait about 45 minutes for my appointment. Very unacceptable. And happens every time I come.
