I was so happy someone came out quickly and went out of their way to put an electrical box in when my power was going on and off. I had to just replace the sump pump that went out while I was at a family funeral out of town. But the new pump and back up were fried within a few days due to wiring it the wrong way. He came and fixed the problem but refused to compensate me for the pump that was fried or even to help with the cost and blamed it on the previous wiring.
