The people are really ,super nice !!
At 7am ET on July 31, 2013, Oxiem's company site and their client sites all went down. I am writing this review over 24 hours later and none of their sites have been restored. There is not even a placeholder page to say that they are having technical difficulties. Fellow reviewer Melissa Fowler at the Dayton Public Schools has also been affected by this outage. Oxiem did a fantastic website for our district (Dayton Public Schools), which has won multiple awards. Customer support is on the ball, and our account manager is terrific. This is a company that's growing by leaps and bounds, and is worth checking out. I believe there is definitely room for improvement in the area of training, particularly with more complicated sites; our initial training manual was too complicated for most users.
