First time a Doctor sat down with me and explained to me my options and his opinions which I appreciate very much
I'm giving a 2 star review because of the representative on the phone. She needs training to have proper phone presence. You can't be in that work role and answer the phone as "uptown" and not explain anything of how the process there works. That is very lazy and I can't put my body in the hands of a chiropractic office that allows laziness and unhelpfulness be the face/voice of their services.
This place is upsetting. I made an appointment a week ago and my chiropractor didn't even show up. Very unprofessional, I was waiting 30-40 minutes. If this is how they treat new patients I definitely would never recommend this place.
