Genuinely the absolute best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. Not only was Dr. Harris tenacious and knowledgeable, but she also never seemed upset by my questions or thoughts and took every concern I had seriously. She never once rushed me and I knew she listened and responded thoughtfully. Cristian was so positive and comforting, and after one conversation I knew I could trust him and Uptown with my cat, Guppy. Dr. Harris and Christian as well as all the staff at uptown are 100% the best! They have been there for us through thick and thin literally…. I will never go anywhere else for vet care!
It’s to heartbreaking to explain. I would not recommend them anymore.
Caring and attentive veterinarians and staff. Wellness exam, shots, etc. were all performed in the exam room. I prefer this rather than the veterinarian/ vet tech taking my children to a back room, which seems to be a protocol favored by those graduating after 2000.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew what was wrong with my pup almost by looking at him. Price is reasonable. If anything is ever wrong with my pup I will certainly check here first.
