I had been going to this Vet for two years now. Dr Sullivan and Dr Obermisser seem very nice. They seem to genuinely like animals however they like to add tests and tests and tests that you don't really need and visit ends up being over 500 for something really simple. Get ready to say no to tests you don't need. So my bad experience: . 2 misdiagnosis. $2000 in fees for the misdiagnosis. And ultimately the dog had to be put to sleep. I will go nowhere else – I LOVE uptown vets and Dr Obernasser. They are caring, gentle, thorough, immensely considerate and their follow up is the best Ive ever experienced. And they know their medicine. I travel from Riverdale because I trust her and the staff. Not all vets are in it for love of the animals. Dr Obernasser truly is.
BEST VET EVER! – I have taken by animals to several vets, but this one is the best by far. The staff is very friendly, the office is clean, and the services are affordable. My cat had a terrible accident and fell out of my 5th story apartment window. I took him to an emergency care clinic who wanted to charge my husband and I almost $10,000 for xrays, monitoring, and surgery. Great Veterinarian in Upper Manhattan – I live up in Washington Heights, and I've had some bad experiences with vets in the past. (Grouchy service, overcharging, attempting to bully clients into tests and services that aren't needed, you name it.)
