Lejuan was available early in service the day after Thanksgiving. He advised me on both our Uptown vehicles, giving me expert advice and a checkup appointment for a tire pressure sensor issue on my 2020 Explorer. He then dispatched Zack who came over promptly to put a tricle charger on the 2014 Fusion that sits in the garage all winter. Lejuan helped me order that charger on Amazon last year. Uptown has been and will always be our Number 1 pick for vehicles and service. We have bought several vehicles from them and have always worked with Ruth who gives outstanding customer service. From Iris at the front desk and Hope in Service, we have always been treated extremely well. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, you owe it to yourself to check them out.

I have been going to Uptown for a couple years and count on them for all my services and count on them for exemplary service. After the last service my car developed a rattle that turned out to be a loose bolt on the control arm. It was really out of the norm for them and when I took it back their customer service wasn't as good as it normally is. Bought my car earlier this year in April. My sales man was not helpful at all would never answer his phone. I’ve already had to get new hubcaps on all of my tires and my breaks done within the first 2 months of having this car. I brought my car in 2 weeks ago for them to look at a noise. Never received a call for when it was done, I had to call multiple times for someone to pick up the phone at the service desk. I brought my car in To get fixed from a car accident. They were done Fixing my car before the date they gave me. Which was great news. My car was all cleaned. Detailed and extra touches. They left some swag in my cupholder. Love the customer service.
