I was very pleased how fast they informed me of the problem and impressed how quickly they fixed the car. Its worth paying a little more when you get such quick and reliable work done. Plus the warranty is something local auto repair shops don't offer. I expected the worse news that it was my transmission but the service advisor explained what the problem was and that they would get the part and have car ready same day. When it comes to cars, I know how to make one work but not how to fix one or to put air in the tires (we all have our strengths, ha) and I actually hate even trying because it makes me super anxious. I called these guys because my tire pressure light came on and they were like “sure, no problem. come on by.” I drove over, and was taken care of promptly and with respect which makes me a customer for life now. Thanks guys. Wish more car services took this approach! Will recommend yall a thousand times over.

I had some recall work done at Uptown Ford. Joe in the service department was great communicating what needed to be done and was helpful in scheduling the repairs since my truck is a vehicle I use for my work. He connected me with a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being done. Great service!

I called to see if I could get our Milan in as the sunroof was stuck open. I was very pleased that they were able to get me in within an hour and were able to get my roof closed. I chose not to replace it as it would cost too much. We are just happy it’s closed and we will not use it.
