I would absolutely 100% recommend Uptown Lincoln to any car buyer. Grif was an awesome salesperson to work with. Kristina in finance is fantastic. The entire process was transparent and pain free. Finance rates were best in class. Their customer service was simply the most excellent experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. They will be my go-to shop from here on out. Also, the Lincoln warranty and continued care is stand out if you are in the market, do your research here first…

A wonderful experience! Did my 100,000 maintenance, and Austin did a great job of breaking each job down and the estimated cost before hand. When I brought it in, they got it done in the time span they said, and it came out slightly lower than the estimate price wise! Wonderful service all around.

My dealership recently changed my oil and we suspected they may have forgotten to tighten the drain plug. Being we were an hour and 40 minutes from home and discovered it between medical appointments, I needed a quick check to see if that was the problem. Yup, that was the issue! The crew was unbelievably friendly and helpful and got my daughter and I back on the road to our next appointment in a matter of minutes. When I called to schedule two recall fixes for which I had received notices in the mail, the service person was very helpful. He found records that matched the two notices I had and scheduled the work in just two days. I arrived with my car at my appointment time and the work was completed in just over one hour. So convenient.
