I have been going to Uptown for a couple years and count on them for all my services and count on them for exemplary service. After the last service my car developed a rattle that turned out to be a loose bolt on the control arm. It was really out of the norm for them and when I took it back their customer service wasn't as good as it normally is. I brought my car in To get fixed from a car accident. They were done Fixing my car before the date they gave me. Which was great news. My car was all cleaned. Detailed and extra touches. They left some swag in my cupholder. Love the customer service.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2018 Ford Focus. This was my first visit to the Uptown Quick Lane. I was helped by Steve Sell and he was very helpful. The oil change was one of the fastest oil changes I barely sat down and I was out the door. I will definitely use them again for my maintenance and service. I would like to thank Mr. Sell and the techs for their help.

I would absolutely 100% recommend Uptown Lincoln to any car buyer. Grif was an awesome salesperson to work with. Kristina in finance is fantastic. The entire process was transparent and pain free. Finance rates were best in class. Their customer service was simply the most excellent experience I have had when purchasing a vehicle. They will be my go-to shop from here on out. Also, the Lincoln warranty and continued care is stand out if you are in the market, do your research here first…

Uptown took good care of me as a customer. Showed me true customer care. All while I drank coffee and ate a banana. They showed me all the things they would be doing 1st and diagnosed my car so they would be sure of any issues. Thank You Bad Ass Uptown, That's What's Up!!
