I was very pleased how fast they informed me of the problem and impressed how quickly they fixed the car. Its worth paying a little more when you get such quick and reliable work done. Plus the warranty is something local auto repair shops don't offer. I expected the worse news that it was my transmission but the service advisor explained what the problem was and that they would get the part and have car ready same day. Showed at 9am for my scheduled appointment. Told the person I wanted a full synthetic oil change. 1 hour and 45 minutes later the person comes and says we don’t have full synthetic oil. Did it take 2 hours to figure that out? They offered to get it from somewhere else, but at this point I’d Already been there 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. When it comes to cars, I know how to make one work but not how to fix one or to put air in the tires (we all have our strengths, ha) and I actually hate even trying because it makes me super anxious. I called these guys because my tire pressure light came on and they were like “sure, no problem. come on by.” I drove over, and was taken care of promptly and with respect which makes me a customer for life now. Thanks guys. Wish more car services took this approach! Will recommend yall a thousand times over.

When I returned from picking up the car i noticed black marks on my red leather seats. My husband took the car back it was grease stains. They did clean it but still not acceptable for this to happen.
