Fire alarms at this apartment go off at least twice monthly and even annoy the local fire department. Just today (11/18/2020) there were 4 fire alarms that went off from 3:30am-11:00pm. The Denver fire department is incredible but the same cannot be said for uptown square apartment homes. Their maintenance and fire alarm problems are unparalleled in my experience and I can’t wait to get out of the contract to find a new home. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place.
