Apparently the new owners hired some employees with terrible customer service acumen as what started as a misunderstanding about a policy change where I tried to explain suggestions to avoid future customer confusion turned into them yelling at me. This wash does a terrible job anyway and always leaves scratches all over my car so go somewhere else.
Convenient for gas and wash
Terrible service, plus my car was still dirty after the wash. Their posted signs are not up to date with their offerings, so when you ask to purchase the package that’s posted, they get mad and say it’s not offered. You ask what their current offerings are and they get mad; they don’t tell you what the options are, or what the prices are. The guy just ran my card and charged me for the most expensive $14 wash.
