My daughter's prom is tonight. The appointment was scheduled for 2:45 pm a week ago. I got a call from then at 2:09 pm saying that they had to cancel the appointment due to a no show! Not only do these folks need to learn to how to tell time they also need to learn manners! So rude maybe when they learned they were off by an hour? They have horrible sense of timing. Said we were a no show when they had the wrong time zone.
Tried to go in their building but their dogs attacked my service dog. They didn't apologize. They came out to get their dogs then yelled at us to close the door. They sent a man out to talk to me. He was nice but asked invasive questions about my disability. Still no apology.
