He is prompt in getting back to you regarding emails/inquiries, he shows you available housing in exactly the price range you're looking for, and is honest about the pros and cons of each rental. I lived in one of Steve’s apartments some years ago and to this day, Uptown Realty is the best rental agency I’ve ever worked with. Steve is so kind, personable, accommodating, and responsive to residents. I still remember once when our heater went out, he immediately bought us a really nice portable heater to use in the interim of it getting fixed (which was the next day).
