The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We buy our cat's food there and they have a points system so you get a free bag of pet food after ten purchases of the food which is great! Last time we went in someone even showed my kiddos some of the reptiles and they always ask to stop by when we walk around town!
We come to Uptown pets for our pet supplies because the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and answers all our crazy questions.
Our whole family goes there for pet food and supplies! Been going for a long time and will continue! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them!!
Hands down the best pet store in town. They have some top notch bearded dragons there too.
Thankful for their helpful advice on which food would be best for our dog. I’m very appreciative that they offer a rewards program since we will be buying a dog food on a monthly basis.
This place is awesome, if I could I would give this store 10 stars, they are very friendly and the services they provide is so convenient for my pets as well, the prices are affordable as well, the cat food is great quality food for my cats, the food they sell for dogs is good quality. I will definitely keep going there for my pets needs.
