Both of my boys see Dr. Basilio and we are very pleased! Dr. Basilio is knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She is patient and takes the time to listen to your concerns during visits. She's seen my oldest since he was a newborn. The extenders, MAs, non-clinical staff are wonderful as well. If you're looking for a pediatrician in the Columbus area, Dr. Basilio is the one!
Went to my daughters newborn appointment, and I am very happy with this office and the provider we saw! I used to work in pediatrics and I never liked offices that were part of large pediatric groups (very impersonal, long wait times, getting the run around for billing and contacting them, etc.) I can tell this is a small office and I won’t have those issues!! Love it so far!
Dr. Basilio and her team are the best! The front desk is always welcoming; they know my who my child is as we walk through the door! The nurses and nurse practitioners are sweet, and informative. Dr. Basilio is very caring, and knowledgeable! I’m glad I found an office that is as amazing as this one!
