I am very pleased with the work done on my car. When I first went to the shop, Richard explained in full, what was happening to my car. I know very little about the mechanics of my car, and to be honest as a woman I am concerned about being ripped off at a mechanic. This is my third or fourth time patronizing Uptown Motors NYC and each time I’m a satisfied customer. The customer service with management when inquiring is top notch and once your vehicle is actually in their possession, the service is unmatched. I bought my vehicle in around 10am for brake pad replacements. The mechanic Richard was available right away, informative and helpful with any questions or concerns I had.
