Driver never picked up our kids from prom and owner was rude, driver was great but over charged us, was going to call us back and never did! Wont use again period!!

Driver and car were great, but big miscommunication about picking the kids up after prom. Claimed they didn't know they needed to be picked up; however, when reservations made, I made it clear. Waiting for them to decide if their mistake warrants any sort of refund. Manager was quite upset when I called this morning, however is insistent that this was my mistake and I never confirmed pick-up time. I'm 100% sure I would not leave my kids stranded in Endicott at midnight. We will see what their customer service is really like.
We ordered the 5 hour prom package; driver Jeff showed up at 3pm exactly and was very cordial and nice looking. introduced himself and went over explicit instructions as to what my parental guidelines where. The limo was shiny and big. Kids did pictures and dinner and drove around town showing off and was dropped off at 7:30pm the time I had wanted.. despite kids wanting to do other things. lol.
Highly recommend uptown limousine when you need a limo. Our driver, Ken, was very professional and helped make our evening special.
