Rating is based on communication, not actual work. I went to the website and used their form to get an estimate about snow removal this winter. No response. I called and left a message on the voice mail. No response. Not sure how well they actually do their work, but no way would I do a business that wont return my calls/emails. Imagine how poor the communication would be if they actually had my money!
Snowed 6 in on Thurs. They only cleared 1/2 the property. It is now Sat. Called/emailed to ask them to finish the job - Deanna will not return my emails or calls except to say she is only works Mon to Fri. Meanwhile, I still have 6 in of snow on my walkways! Unbelievably poor work ethic and lack of pride in their work.
Great place. Hard workers. They always do a awesome job!
