Doing whole home sale and purchase online made the whole experience easier. Once again, Amanda Deveaux of Uptown Law, has made the sale and purchase of our home a very easy process. We highly recommend Uptown Law to anyone looking for a Realestate lawyer.
Took 9mins to review a status certificate where the budget wasn't balanced and felt that a 6yr old condo building with a reserve of $74,000 was adequate. As well has a $250,000 special assessment. Spend your money some where else they will take the time to review the documents thoroughly instead of just taking ppls hard earned money.
